Larger size than ordered
The shipping was quick, although I did pay extra for expedited shipping, but when the dress actually came it was 2 sizes too large. After a lot of debating which size to choose since not one size would fit me completely, and so I chose L. The dress that arrived indeed had an “L” size note but its measurements were for the XXL size ehich was far too wide. After contacting Dresslily we sorted everything out, the woman I spoke to was very nice and responsive, gave me 3 options and in the end I received a full refund of the whole price. With that they also included a 10% discount on my next purchase which was nice. All in all the dress wasn’t great but at least the employees are nice and take care of their customers needs asmuch as possible.
