Bait and switch followed by unfulfilled promises.
This company called after placing the order and said I had ordered a "non-warrantied" item and that if I wanted a warranty I needed to upgrade my order to an item that costs $250 more. I said I wasn't interested and he said the more expensive one included more items such as a lens hood and tripod mount (but he didn't say if the other one didn't include those). He also promised upgraded shipping. He stated that the the other one would take 10 days to get to me and if I upgraded he would give me 2 day fedex shipping. I ordered this at 6:00am, he called at 9:00am and said I should get a tracking number before the end of the day. I waited until 5:30pm without a tracking number so I emailed them. They never replied but I got a tracking number about 15 min later. The tracking number was for the slowest ground shipping available. I currently am still awaiting my item but from what the tracking number says, I still have 4 days to wait. The only reason it isn't a 1 star is because it was still 5% off retail but if I would have known, I would have gone with a different company for MANY reasons.
