We ordered one set they sent two and charged our card twice , we asked them to cancel the order was told they had shipped it 1 hr later when they arrived was told to go on to the return portal to send them back so we did 5 times then they dragged it out over the 30 days and was told sorry you’ve gone past the 30 days so you can’t send them bk sorry Absolutely disgusting customer service and a rip off stay away they don’t work as we cat send them back now I tried them and they are useless gives you hot feet and no pain relief
