Unacceptable delivery times
March 29th update. After I posted below rating/review I was contacted by customer service and reimbursed in a couple of weeks. Two days ago I received the package with the product. Still, the item is now useless as I had to go and buy one at a store. I update my review to two stars only as i still think that 3 months for what was supposed to be an expedited delivery is unacceptable. ——————————————- Very bad experience. Paid for insured and expedited delivery and still item is not here after more than two months. Every time I open I ticket they reply within a few hours saying the ticket is closed, that the item is on its way ... they even claim to have spoken with the manager of the italian post office !!! I was finally forced to go and buy the product directly in a store. Now they are not reimbursing my purchase that was never delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE
