Alex at Ship7 is very unprofessional
Alex at Ship7 is very unprofessional. He does not understand or listen to the customer and then he tells the customer that they are not understanding. Their prices have become ridiculously high and they have hidden charges as the cost calculator is different to the actual amount you pay. They come up with many excuses unfortunately and it is going downhill for them. Alex makes it worse by being very rude and has a tendency to be very dishonest unfortunately.
