Unfortunately I have not purchased from Dhgate for a few weeks now, because the price that's listed isn't the price you will pay. KC informed me that I'm supposed to pay extra not just the listed price which includes taxes and shipping. So I can't buy from DHGATE because I can't trust them. Shame.
KC informed me that. Advertised DHGATE prices, which include shipping and taxes are NOT the actual price of your item. When you get your item at the post office I have had to pay additional customs charges (TAX) SO NO. DHGATE do NOT pay sufficient taxes on the items you are buying. YOU THE BUYER HAVE TO PAY THESE TAXES. So don't be fooled by the pricing that's advertised by DHGATE this is a fraud. KC informed me it's my ' tough luck ' that I had to incur additional charges to my purchase. And for ME to contact customs and ask why DHGATE and the seller didn't pay the tax on my items. !!! Not my job..... This is the third consecutive time it's happened to me buying from DHGATE. Not good business. I've subsequently seen another item I want to buy, but have not made the purchase because I fear the listed price is not what I'm going to pay. I informed KC of this, all KC said was. ITS UP TO YOU I DONT CARE IF YOU BUY OR NOT. Then KC left the chat. NICE HUH. So I won't be buying from DHGATE anymore. Bad business for them. I will buy else where. Somewhere where the prices advertised are the prices that you pay.
KC the representative informed me that the price advertised by DHGATE may not be the price you will actually pay Upon delivery I have been charged extra for shipping by customs on my 3 last orders. Therefore the price DHGATE advertise is not the price you will pay KC told me it was my tough luck Thanks KC I won't make anymore purchases if I'm not paying the advertised price. Including shipping and charges.
I was informed by KC the DHGATE representative that just because an item on the DHGATE website is advertised ( including shipping and taxes) That this may not be the actual price. If customs in your country decide to add tax onto the product that you buy. YOU the customer are liable for the tax. Even when DHGATE advertise that shipping and taxes are included. So just because DHGATE advertise an actual item don't think this is the overall price you will pay. I've paid extra on my three previous purchases. KC didn't care about this and basically stopped the chat with no solution. Strangely KC didn't want a review for his extremely helpful service ( sarcasm ) I want to purchase another item but won't buy , because the price that's advertised is not the price I will be paying upon delivery. I reached out to KC as DHGATE requested. But I was let down. One star DHGATE.
I purchased an item on DHGATE. When I collected my item at the post office I was charged extra for the shipping. I mentioned this to DHGATE and the representatives Janli and Mayz together helped me negotiate an amicable solution. I'm very impressed with how DHGATE handled my situation. Very fair. Because of this result, I am more than happy to continue to purchase from DHGATE. When I have a bad experience I am happy to report it, but just as much I'm also happy to report a positive transaction. So congratulations DHGATE, you have made a honest customer very happy. I've already purchased another item from your store. Looking after customers is positive for both the customer,seller and DHGATE as a whole. Good work DHGATE and thank you.
