CHUWI INNOVATIONS LARKBOOK 13.3" TOUCH-SCREEN – ARRIVED WITHOUT TOUCHSCREEN AND NOW NO SCREEN AT ALL
I bought a CHUWI LARKBOOK 13.3" TOUCH-SCREEN from seller chuwi2018 on eBay. It arrived without a touchscreen, even though it was clearly advertised as such. I trusted the seller's version, thinking maybe I was confused. I wasn’t. I didn’t really use it much — and not for work, thankfully. But after just 6 months, now the screen doesn’t turn on at all. The support has been slow and vague, and I regret having left a good review. Not sure what kind of “innovation” this is supposed to be, but it’s not working.
