Totally agree, absolute rubbish company

Totally agree. This company is as bad as it gets. They have sent me the incorrect size shoes which I want to return without even opening the plastic bag as they are so obviously the wrong size. Fortunately I have a copy of my order and I have taken a picture of the sticker on the bag giving the size. Each e mail (and there has now been 4) says they have sent the correct size and each e mail increases the discount they will give me to encourage me to keep the shoes. (now at 35%) All I have to do to get a refund is to send them back to China at my expense. Fortunately Barclaycard are now investigating. On the plus side the shoes do look like the picture!

Totally agree. Rubbish Company. Ordered shoes UK 7.5 wide. Received size 39, although they look like a UK 4. Now had 4 emails from them each time telling me they sent the correct size and each time offering me an increasing discount to keep the shoes and give them to a friend. This is despite the fact that each time I send them a copy of my order and a photo of the size on the plastic bag they are packed in. As with other reviewers, they expect me to pay for return postage to China and only when they receive the shoes and check their condition will they consider a refund. I have now put in a claim to Barclaycard.
