Easy to follow instructions
Easy to follow instructions. Very straightforward. They delivered the necessary packaging material to send my old iPad to them in a timely manner. Also, the gift card was provided after they received and verified my trade-in. Overall, I will do this again if it’s offered when I need new equipment.
