Beautiful end result and wonderful service from Maggie
Maggie was absolutely fantastic! If I want another custom design, I will definitely be contacting her again. She gave me a fair pricing (I enquired elsewhere too), but I chose Tianyu since I've read such good reviews about their products/customer service. She understood exactly what I wanted. I showed her composite images with detailed descriptions of what I wanted, a lotus/tulip setting, rounded prongs, the exact colour tone I wanted, etc, and she got me a CAD almost immediately. The ring took about 4+ weeks to make and was delivered within 2-3 days of it being shipped out. I did specify that I was not in a rush and I gave them ample time to fulfill my order.
