Great Customer Experience
I placed my order for the iconic “Ellipse”Vase, and I received no further emails or confirmation and of course I was shook, because when I called, Zgallerie couldn’t find my order either, however, their customer service did say they’d research it and call me back. Honestly, I had very little hope, however their customer service professional (Hazel) called and was so kind and helpful. User error, I had a grammatical error in my email. They forwarded all my information. Not only did they follow up via email but they also called me as well. Thank you for the kind, courteous customer service. I received my vase and I absolutely love it.
