Complaint & Refund Request for poor quality shoes
These shoes are not orthopedic as advertised—this is by far the worst footwear I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, I placed the order without checking reviews beforehand. Shipping took over a month, and when the shoes finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. There is little to no cushioning, and they are far from the description provided. The shoes do not feel safe to wear. I requested a refund, but the company instead offered that I keep the shoes at half price. Honestly, the quality is so poor that I would not keep them even if they were free. I requested a full refund but was told I would have to cover the return shipping costs. This has been a very disappointing experience. I will be much more cautious with online purchases in the future and strongly recommend others research both the product and the company before buying. I sincerely hope I receive my refund. I hope PayPal can assist me in obtaining full refund.
