I really did not like the under writers…
I really did not like the under writers at all , they were way to nit pickey about paper work sent to them , (Im a retired senior CPO and worked under the Admiral at one time), the way I see it, is that the Paper work could be reduced alot , I have bought houses a few times , and closed with land title offices which were much easier no BS and also have the people that are pretty much the sellers for your company , Answer there Dam Phones !
