I bought a sofa sectional
I bought a sofa sectional. 3 days after receiving it the springs started popping out. Contacted Ikea, they said just pop them back in. Im not strong enough to do that so I paid someone to put the spring back in. 2 hours later it popped out again. Zero customer support. I just want them to take this piece of crap out of my apartment. Horrible experience. I want my money back. Supposed to have a 10 year warranty. It's been 3 days.
