Recommended for Travelers
I've been using Traveloka since 2014. It's easy to use, the price that I see is already including tax, I can do online check in 24 hours before departure, and the one that I like the most is easy to contact Customer Service, even I can do reschedule and refund in the app. Before having Traveloka, I need to contact the airline, ask how much money will I get back, tell my bank account, etc; but now I can do everything in this app. Very recommended for those who love travelling!
