Black and Decker workmate 825+
Black and Decker workmate 825+ Date of purchase 30.11.24 (date of delivery 9.12.24) Xmas gift. I'M SHOCKED AT HOW BAD THIS COMPANIES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. AFTER PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS ALL I CAN GET IS A REPRESENTATIVE OF SERVICE TEAM WHO OBVIOUSLY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE WHO HAS ANY KNOWLEDGE AND JUST GO ROUND IN CIRCLES. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS SENT TO BLACK AND DECKER...... ONLY OPTION LEFT IS TO SENT IT BACK TO AMAZON. Fault... parts missing and parts unconnected. The workmate 825+ came in the box with a loose spring separated in bottom of box! I do not know where this is from, I have 6 springs that connected but as you said yesterday there should be 7 springs connected. Also I have 2 washers in pack of parts, where do they go? I presume probably on the bolts to the blocks but why only 2. Also the belt seems very loose and keeps coming off the 2 gear wheels. The belt does seem to have been stretched. Can this be replaced by yourselves. I only have a limited time to send this back to Amazon so could you please give me a call ASAP to advise on information contained within. I have attached pictures of the issues as requested.
