Bought a custom size dress
Bought a custom size dress. Dress was lovely quality, although quite delicate at the seams and general wear and tear throughout the day. Felt lovely to wear. Biggest issue was that the dress didn't fit...after paying extra for custom sizing. I followed measurements exactly. Had to pay additional money to a local seamstress to alter the dress, which was a waste. The seamstress said custom sizes online aren't ever a good idea and are likely not Custom, so better to have physical fits than online ones. I would just order a generic size next time. Also an issue with some customer service, they weren't happy I hadn't responded to them but I never received any contact. Confirmed this. An Internal communication error likely, but I didn't like being treated like I'd made the mistake when I hadn't.
