I bought a helicopter for my nephew--it was 8 weeks or so until he came to visit--we opened the gift only to learn that the usb cable that charges the battery was missing--quite a disappointment--I assured him I would get the cable and mail it to him-- I sent Tomtop the order info requesting the cable--several emails later they told me I should not be unset considering the small amount of money I spent--
