It was great when it was Gympass now it just feels misleading.mThe app frequently doesn’t work, and you often can’t check in. There are constant technical issues. If you miss just one check-in in the app, they cancel all your upcoming classes and block you from using the service until the next month even if you checked in at the gym’s front desk. The only way to restore access is to pay a fee.What’s worse is that there’s no customer service available on weekends. You end up having to pay even when the issue is clearly on their end. The only real option is to take videos and photos as proof and open a dispute with your bank. This situation happens often and creates unnecessary stress. An app that’s supposed to support wellbeing ends up becoming a nightmare and a major source of frustration instead.
