Dishonest company and support
Dishonest company and support. I ordered a Garmin watch from BuyDig and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. The proof of delivery picture obviously shows it is not my home. I opened a case and FedEx said I need to contact the shipper for them to open a claim. I reach out to BuyDig support and give them the FedEx tracking number and case number. No response. After almost a month, I reach out again and was told that FedEx rejected the claim. I called FedEx again and was told the shipper never opened a claim for the tracking number or case number. BuyDig refuses to file a claim and refuses to provide me with a refund. They lied about filing a claim with FedEx, dishonest company.
