I would not recommend
I ordered a little crystal duck for my niece. On the website it said it came with a card with a thoughtful message and looked like a lovely item. It has just arrived, not a quick delivery. It was sellotaped in bubble wrap and in a jiffy bag, no sign of the card. It is not at all what as it is depicted on the website in my view. I wish I could post a picture to show everyone what I received. The latest update to this is that after liaising with the company I agreed to keep the product if they sent me the little card to go with it , which explained the qualities of the duck and the benefits it should hopefully give. They asked me to remove/amend my review. I agreed to await the cards arrival as I accept mistakes can be made. It is now the 5th of March and still no card. I have been asked to accept a 20% refund, which in order to save any further hassle I have accepted. I am told the delay is caused by the warehouse being closed for Chinese New Year. My niece's birthday has now passed! I thought it was worth sharing my experience. I try to be fair when putting a review on here so I will say that today I received a pretty little box with a card showing a lovely message. Whilst it is too late for my nieces birthday when I put it all together it will make a nice gift for someone.
