Refunds Manager is #1
I employ Refunds Manager for my clients that sell on Amazon. The people at Refunds Manager do a great job with diligence to ensure that you get every last penny that you rightfully deserve. Many sellers think they can do this task on their own, but don't realize they are very likely leaving a lot of money on the table for Amazon to grab. Give Refunds Manager a try and you won't regret it.
