I was flying from Bangkok to Da Nang on 6th Jan 2025, when I went to check in there was a problem with my visa for Vietnam. The young lady and gentleman at the check in desk went above and beyond to help me get sorted. They were so helpful and kind. I didnt get their names but the man finished work about 5pm. They helped me get an emergency visa. So grateful.
