I recently purchased a lightweight carbon travel tripod BA255 from this company, the item arrived safely and quickly but within a few days of use one leg continually worked loose so that it just flopped around. I tightened the securing screws but the same thing happened again and again. I contacted the company and sent them a video of the loose leg and asked for a fix. They sent replacement screws but this really wasn't the solution. I eventually bought some blue medium strength thread locker which stopped them working loose. I now use the tripod regularly and find it works well. Another annoying problem has occurred, the small arm which is used to stabilize the tripod when it's windy has fallen out and lost whilst in use, the nut holding it in place was found inside centre tube. Again on my other tripods this nut is secured with thread locker so beware. Since writing this review the ball head fell off the centre column. I contacted K&F and it took several emails before I got a satisfactory answer. They would send a replacement part but I would need to pay postage even though the tripod was only a few months old. There are so many complaints about this tripod that K&F should take responsibility for a poorly manufactured unit and send replacements free of any charge.
