I love all their products...BUT
I love all their products! The only reason I choose #4, is their return policy. The item I originally ordered did not resemble the online photo. I was going to send it back and exchange it for a different style. I was told I wasn't approved to return the item. I didn't even have it over a week. They offered me a store credit and I could keep the item. I did go with that option..even though I received a credit for approximately $22 less. I did order the necklace I preferred and only had to pay $9 and some change. I did make out keeping the unwanted necklace and purchasing the new one at minimum cost. I just didn't like the way it was handled...maybe it was AI!
