SERVICE TRUST
Thank you very much. Ling has been extremely helpful, and it truly means a lot to us. After the issues we faced with our solar panel system and the lack of support from the previous company—who left us in a difficult situation after taking the money—finding genuine support and trust felt very rare. Given that this was an expensive system, we were unsure what to do next. However, Growatt supported us throughout and helped us significantly during a very stressful time. The service has been reliable, professional, and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Growatt. Their service is excellent, and based on our experience, I would choose Growatt again in the future. Special thanks to Ling and Yanni for being so supportive and helpful.
