Caution!
Caution! Not what it seems ... We went to NextDayFlyers on Tuesday because we needed door hangers for an event on the following Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. The proof was approved on Wednesday, but by Friday, they had not arrived. I checked the status, and it said the product would arrive Tuesday! (The event would be over by then!) So I called customer service, and they said we selected "3-day printing," after which the product would be overnighted. I tried to cancel the order, but they refused. So we're stuck paying over $100 for door-hangers we cannot use. We are terribly disappointed and feel the company misrepresents their service. BE VERY CAREFUL when you order to read every line of fine print. Better yet, you may be better off using a different company. You will see in their response below that they make it sound like it was an oversight on our part and that they gave us a refund. But the truth is, the page we ordered on said that the product would be delivered within one day if approved "by 10 AM the next morning." We approved the proof at 9 AM the next morning and then learned that production would take three days plus another day for shipping. And… They only refunded us the shipping of $19 on an order of over $100. Besides all that, what is the point of being called NextDayFlyers if it takes 4 to 5 days to get your flyers? I highly recommend staying away from this company.
