Purchase and refund of wrong size
As far as customer service goes for Yoins, it has one of the most prompt team to ever handle customer issues. Something that no customer wish to find out in this way but at the same time grateful that it was handled the way it was. I purchased 2 pairs of pants that were supposedly for 8-10UK. I normally wear 8's which is why I opted to purchase them in this size. The pants arrived on time however, the sizing was too big. I contacted the customer service team and they were a delight to deal with, I now have a refund and a discount for when I buy the same items in my size. I know that there is a size chart somewhere but if the size choices clearly state that it supposed to fit someone between the sizes of 8-10UK, I would be expecting that it does without having to confirm with the size chart. I think someone needs to debug the size choices to accurately reflect what is being shipped to the customers.
