Ordered a white t-shirt with black…
Ordered a white t-shirt with black imaging & when it arrived the black writing/images were really dull compared to how the clothing is portrayed on website & social media adverts. Emailed their customer service along with photos of item, customer were quick to respond & admitted the quality wasn't good so they quickly pushed through a replacement item & assured me they were "upgrading" the process used for the replacement. Replacement arrived & its exactly the same. So basically customer service great (by quickly dealing with issue) however mislead to quality of items & item itself is faded as if been washed 50 times
