Appalling service & awful support.
An appalling service and basically a scam. We recently started using Zoho Webmail & Workplace for our volunteer led organisation (conservation sector) as during the trial period Zoho responded to queries and questions promptly so appeared to be a reasonable company. However once we had paid for a full account for 6 users the problems started. Attempting to use the system to send a mail out to your members the system completely failed, refusing to send mails, sending multiple copies to some users and just freezing for days. Contacting 'customer support' yielded incorrect information in contradiction with the published spec for the system and what was agreed during sign up. Eventually speaking to a manager resulted in a 'wait 24 hours' for a resolution. 4 days later no response or resolution and the system still doesn't work. Valuable volunteer time and organisation funds wasted on what seems to be a scam. Avoid at all costs.
