I was extremely unhappy and disappointed. It was my first time using YOINS and was so looking forward to my clothes that I ordered 2 months ago. The package didn’t arrive and I had to get a refund. Yuri was very helpful in trying to ensure I still have a positive experience with the company; but I remain disappointed in the fact my package didn’t arrive and is lost.
