'Hidden cost' - customs charge :(
Order LL1807061338376489 As others have stated, quality is not as amazing as appears on the website (but common sense would allow for this, knowing that the items are cheaply made in China) and sizes are smaller than indicated. The main issue relates to a surprise 'hidden cost' - I was forced to pay £23.22 for the customs charge before I could receive the goods. This was unexpected and misrepresents the 'good value for money' aspect of the website. Why was this not included? I was attracted to DressLily for the wide range of varied clothing styles, but I don't think I'll be ordering again if this is the case in the future - what you end up paying is deceptive.
