I we'll continue to shop at rosegal because I love the clothes and they fit very nicely, and it makes it easy for a plus size woman to find what they need and like at the same time. They have the worst customer service…
They have the worst customer service when you tried to chat with them they don't respond they just disconnect the chat. The number that they have online is not a real number it won't even ring it just hangs up. When you email them, they don't respond or get back in contact with you. This is a misfortune and a shame to treat paying customers this way... the worst customer service ever they need to do better.
