Terrible customer service! i requested a cancellation and refund. Instead of processing the refund, they shipped out the product anyways. The product was never received and now i'm stuck trying to dispute the charge on my credit card. Do not buy unless you want to get ripped off.
Pinkyparadise is ripping off customers. Refund policy states that a 10% admin fee will be applied for items not shipped and 30% fee for items already shipped. Customer Service emails me and said that it's 50%. Nowhere on the site does it state that. Poor business practice, lying to customers. Do not buy from here. Pinkyparadise does not care about customer retention. They would rather lose customers just to keep a dime.
