3 for 4 of packages sent successfully via Parcel Monkey
I have now sent 4 packages via Parcel Monkey. 3 of those 4 arrived safely. The one that didn't was utterly destroyed in transit and, even though insured, it was a battle getting any restitution. Their insurance company was a nightmare. I eventually got 50% of what it was worth but it took nearly 3 months. The 3 other packages arrived safely with only one getting delayed an additional week. The damaged one went through Newark. The others didn't. I figure that contributed to the destruction problem. Take pictures of your packages inside and out before you ship.
