I have been doing surveys with this company for 20 years now. They have always been responsive when I have had a problem with a survey. They are great to work with; the only drawback is that you used to could save your points so that you could get $50/$60 at time instead of just 2 $10 at a time. But they are still a great place to do surveys.
I have been doing surveys with Opinion Outpost for over 20 years. They have been great in providing me with a few extra dollars over the years. The only thing i have not like is they went from allowing you to withdraw a large lump sum, to $20 at the most. But still worth doing and fun.
Mostly because when I was having problems getting for some reason their people respond quickly and are helpful they pay good rewards, it's easy to earn a little extra money. And as states when there is a problem the staff responds quickly.
