I bought the AIS class B device HA-102
I bought the AIS class B device HA-102. I've installed everything correctly I cannot change the MMSI number in the device. I tried more than 50 times and despite the sofware says the new MMSI is correctly implemented the factory MMSI always display online. I tried to call the website phone number and there is nobody answering the phone, I've sent numberous email to know how at least update or reload firmware to solve this issue but I got no proper reply at first and not more reply now. This company offer no after sales service and even if the device looks pretty affordable you have to know there is absolutely no after sales service or customer support. Even basic one. You cannot get any support/help from their website either.
