⭐ Very disappointing customer service and a long replacement process I purchased a Xiaomi TV, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged, with a broken screen. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement, but the whole process took an entire month before I finally received a new TV. The customer service team was not particularly helpful, and the experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Receiving a damaged product is already disappointing, but having to wait a month for a replacement and not receiving the support I expected made the situation even worse. I expected much better service from a well-known brand like Xiaomi. While I eventually received a replacement TV, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I hope Xiaomi improves its customer service and handles damaged products and replacements much more efficiently in the future.
