Unacceptable.
I purchased a tea length custom dress and sent in more measurements than they even asked for. The dress came in and every measurement was "off"....even the length. How do you mess that one up? I wrote to them immediately about my problem and explained that the dress is "unwearable" and they said that the measurements were exact. It was a no-win situation. Many hours and dollars wasted on trying to get some satisfaction. They try to make you believe they are from NZ but they are in China. I highly recommend that you stay away from them. I even offered that if they fixed my original problem and got the first dress right and I was convinced they could provide a garment that fit, I would order more. They went radio silence.....they would rather take the money and run. I highly recommend you find another custom house....I will.
