Helpful customer service
I ordered 6 items, 5 came together and one has still not arrived. The items did not fit me, so I used the chat feature to speak with customer service regarding a return. The return process has several steps, but the representatives help you through the process. I am not able to access the email used to place the order, but Mindy on the chat tonight was very helpful in forwarding the return email to my other email. Although I did not keep the items, the customer service was very friendly, respectful, helpful, and responsive. Please note- items ship from China, thus shipping takes longer than you might anticipate and I was charged an international purchase fee on my bank account. Thank you for making things right, Yoins.
