Too much hassle to return!
I ordered two items that didn't fit me so I requested to return them. It is quite a long process and their 'live chat' option is just another way of emailing them so you still have to wait at least a day for a response. I do not fully understand how to return as I have not been given a label with an address on to stick on the front of the package to give to the Post Office, only a label to put inside the parcel. I've also read reviews that shipping can be costly especially as I am returning my items from the UK. Lots of hassle just to get a refund.
