Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I purchased a XBOX 12 month Gold Live key which did arrive in seconds. I put it into my xbox and it said activate Gold membership 12 months to which I thought great. Then get an error saying contact Microsoft Support because of an issue with the key and it can not be activated. I contacted Livecards support and was told I must be on a Argentinaian VPN! What a con! After following thier VPN instructions livecards support sent me surprise surprise it still didnt work. After been on to livecards support for over 30 minutes they said its probably a problem with my Microsoft account! Which it was not as I contacted Microsoft Support. Finally after 42 minutes of been on to livecards support livecards support then said they would have to resell my code and I may get a refund in 48 to 72 hours! Which I have asked for but I am obviously not happy and as yet have had no refund (Edited : Finally got refund when I chased 3 days later). My advise would be pay a few pounds more and buy a code from another site that up front says they are selling outside the UK codes and expect you to use a VPN. I will not be using Livecards.co.uk again.
