Long shipping times
Long shipping times, coupled with no customer service for problems with merchandise. I have left at least 4 emails to get help with bad products only to get 1 reply. The orders i placed were in excess of $150.00 it seems that a couple of items were returned before and sold again!! The battery bank i bought and an expansion hose was brought to their attention but the only answer received was quote, "sorry for the problems" . When I requested replacing them no answer back from my emails. My experience has not been enjoyable at all. I guess I'll buy my goods from US companies from now on. Newfrog I still would like my bad stuff replaced, anyone there??
