Using 7-Eleven delivery service is convenient, but sometimes you don't get hot food items that were ordered.
Using 7-Eleven delivery service is convenient and 99% fast, however when I order, I always get the shelf items but the last 3 or 4 times that I ordered, they did not have the Beef and Cheese Tosquitos that I ordered. They were the main reason I placed the orders. They were out but did not notify or call me. They just sent the order anyway. Eventually, I was refunded for the missing items. Until then my money was tied up. I would have liked the option to cancel the order or pick some different food items. 😐
