Still waiting on package delivery after…
Still waiting on package delivery after 1 week. Tracking information does not update. Customer service was supposed to check this and call me back yesterday. Very poor customer service and your delivery partner is horrible. Even went through their chat system and it says they found my tracking number but the zip doesn't match. Absolutely ridiculous!
