This has been a very confusing experience. I placed an order the beginning of July for 2x organic Castor oil roller ball items. The order total was £26.24….but my bank account from Novevio was debited £38.20!!!! I then contacted customer services and they said I had not placed an order. My bank told me to wait and we could raise a claim. The goods arrived!!! Not sure they are as described either ..a “ Rose Quartz” roller, the roller looks like a standard plastic roller. I’m filling out this feedback form as the company have asked for feedback! Let’s see if anything happens. A bit worrying that they take more £ from our bank than the order total. Other reviewers have said this…so although the products might arrive, it’s still a “scam” of sorts. The company seem very Chinese from their products and communication but state they have an office in Kingston, London.
