Issue finally resolved
Well I am relieved to be able to post that I have finally recieved my refund for the full value of my order including the original shipping cost. I am pleased to confirm that JJS House have at last resolved this issed and given me back my money. However I have had to fight and fight to get this. If after reading this review you do go ahead and place an order. If your order arrives and you are happy with it then that is excellent. But if it arrives and is substandard you may have to fight like I did. If this is the case then I would advise that you do not give up. I am extremely happy to have received my money back in full and thank, JJS house for finally honouring their return policy. But I will never use JJS house again.
