Every bit what they say about it! The broths are gelatinous, taste great, and I feel good about using it for sipping or recipes. I was a little hesitant at first, but after comparing to some other brands, found OSSO is a higher quality, and well worth the price. They arrive frozen so you just put them in the freezer and take out to thaw in the fridge a day in advance. Super convenient. Thank you for such a great product!
