Product has no backup!
Product has no backup! Bought a unit 3years ago it had very little use and went to use to find not working , needed replacement part and then problems,I don’t speak Chinese and customer service was not helpful was told unit too old buy a new one. In Australia parts must be available for 5years. This is second problem with unit and problems each time . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Product may have all the bells and whistles but in the end if it stops working and can’t be repaired it is just a heap of junk.
