It is very hard to return their products. I ordered five items, two were to small (coverups) and two were too big (swim suits). The swim suit that fit had big blue blotches of dye that had dripped on it. I liked the suits that were too big but I was so sick of trying to contact the company (their phone is only on at night, when it is on, they have a message telling you to email them) that I just sent the whole order back. The email said to return the order and let them know that you sent it. How am I supposed to tell them I sent it back? I finally called them at night and when the recorded message came on I pressed zero and actually got through to a person who said they got my order back. After I quizzed her about my order sh finally said she would put the money back on my account. We will see if I ever get a refund! I won’t order from them again. I wish I had read the reviews that said they were a Chinese company before I ordered. Most of the reviews were bad.
